At Tribute, every portrait is individually crafted and produced to order. Because each piece is custom-made, please allow time for production before your order ships. Below you will find estimated timelines for production and delivery.

1. Production Times

Once your order is placed, production begins the next business day. Each portrait is carefully printed and quality-checked before shipping.

  • Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly via email after purchase.
  • Printed Posters: 2–5 business days for production.
  • Framed Prints: 2–5 business days for production.
  • Canvas Prints: 2–5 business days for production.

Production times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer multiple shipping options within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after production.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after production.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days after production.

For standard shipping, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase (including production time).

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International orders are produced as close to the destination as possible to minimise transit times and reduce our environmental footprint.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days (including production).
  • Canada & Australia: 7–12 business days (including production).
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days (including production).

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your portrait has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website using the Track Order feature in the navigation menu. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the size of your order. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging every portrait, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping.
