Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes. After your portrait is generated, you'll see a low-resolution preview so you can see what it will look like. You can try different print sizes and frame styles before choosing to download the high-resolution file or order a print.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Delivery times depend on your location and the product. Typically, prints are produced and shipped within a few business days, with delivery in about 5–10 business days for most regions. You'll get tracking once your order ships.

Can I save a copy of the image?

Yes. You can download a high-resolution digital file of your portrait at any time from your order or generation. Keep it for personal use, reprints, or sharing.
